I wouldn’t pay a penny above $950 for AssBook.org.
LIFE has an interesting photo archive of Hollywood black cats. This photo showing the lineup of cats for a horror movie audition is particularly amazing. I wasn’t able to find out what exactly is required of a cat actor aside from good behavior, which seems completely subjective.
There is some information on a click training system, but it’s not clear exactly what basic set of tricks your cat would need to be a star. If casting directors are auditioning over 100 cats for a quick appearance in a horror flick, there must be some consistent criteria. What exactly is the feline actor equivalent of the monologue?
My cat gives good face (above) but is not decidedly not reliable for good behavior, whatever your definition. He’s certainly not on the level of this guy’s cats.
Maybe it’s for the best, there is a dark side to feline pursuit of fame.
